Terms of Service

By using HoopMastery you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK). By signing up you confirm you meet this requirement.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account. Don't share your password. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. User content
You own what you post, but grant HoopMastery a non-exclusive worldwide license to host, display, and distribute it within the service.
You must own (or have permission to use) anything you upload - including video clips, photos, music, and jerseys/courts you build.
4. Acceptable use & UGC
You agree NOT to post or transmit content that is:
- Harassing, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory.
- Sexually explicit, pornographic, or involving minors in any sexual context.
- Violent, gory, or promoting self-harm.
- Illegal, infringing, or that violates anyone's rights.
- Spam, scams, or impersonation.
- Malware, phishing, or anything that disrupts the service.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. See our Community Guidelines.
5. Moderation
We may remove content, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms - at our discretion and without notice. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
6. Subscriptions & purchases
Vault Exclusive subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel anytime in Settings or in your App Store / Play Store account. No refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
7. Termination
You can delete your account anytime in Settings → Delete Account. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Disclaimers
HoopMastery is provided "as is". We don't warrant uninterrupted service or that the service will meet your needs.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoopMastery is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
